Managing Monthly Configs in Acanthis

What are Monthly Configs?

Monthly Configs allow you to set and adjust key dashboard targets and metrics for each individual month.

Key examples of Monthly Config settings:

• Average Order Value Targets

• Business ValuTrack Targets & monthly adjustments
  

• View and adjust industry benchmarks

Each month's data can be tailored to reflect changing conditions without affecting other months.

When Should You Update Monthly Configs?

• At the start of each new month

• After launching major marketing campaigns

• When product ranges or pricing models change significantly

• When external factors (e.g., economic conditions) shift business expectations

How to Configure Monthly Configs

1. Navigate to Settings:
   From your Acanthis dashboard, go to Settings in the left-hand navigation menu.

2. Select Organisation Configs:
   Under Settings, click Organisation Configs.

3. Choose Monthly Configs:
   Select Monthly Configs.

4. Select the Relevant Month:
   Use the date picker to select the month you want to configure.

5. Update Fields:
   Enter or adjust targets, benchmarks, or other settings as needed.

6. Save Your Changes:
   Click Save to apply updates to that month's dashboard.

7. Publish Changes
   Click Publish Configs and Acanthis will recalculate all metrics on the dashboard. This allows you to make multiple changes before the application will recalculate the metrics.

Regularly updating your Monthly Configs ensures that your performance reporting stays accurate and actionable.
