Signing in for the first time
You are just a few steps away from unlocking powerful insights for your business.
When you log in for the first time, you will be guided through the process to get you up and running in no time.
Acanthis integrates with your favourite industry apps to give you a complete overview of your business operations. Click on Complete Task and you will be taken to the Connections Page.
Connecting your accounting data
It's easy to connect to your data through our API integration. To connect your accounting data click Connect to Xero or QuickBooks and you will be prompted to give Acanthis authority to integrate.
Mapping your accounting data
To ensure accurate insights, we need to map your chart of accounts from your accounting system. Please select the relevant accounts that correspond to each category. This configuration helps us tailor the insights specifically for your business needs. You can read more about account mapping here: Mapping Accounting Data
Setting up targets
You can also setup your organisational targets and other data values at this stage or you can come back to it later.
Congratulations you have now sucessfully setup your Acanthis.
