Acanthis offers a built-in task management feature designed to help you stay organized and on track. Whether you’re managing tasks for yourself or delegating them to others, here’s everything you need to know to get started.
There are two ways to view and manage your tasks in Acanthis:
Kanban View
Visualize tasks as cards that you can drag and drop across different status columns. This view helps you track progress at a glance.
List View
A straightforward, text-based view where all tasks are listed vertically. Perfect for those who prefer a detailed overview.
You can add tasks directly from an Insight or from the Tasks feature by clicking the + Add Task button.
Task Title & Description
Start by giving your task a title and a brief description to outline its purpose.
Subtasks
Break larger tasks into smaller, actionable items using subtasks. You can even assign these subtasks to other users, making it easy to collaborate and stay on the same page.
